Welcome to Alchemy of the Sacred, Inc. These Terms & Conditions explain the guidelines, expectations, and limitations that apply when you use our website, complete a form, book a call, register for an event, make a donation, communicate with us, or participate in offerings connected to Alchemy of the Sacred.

Alchemy of the Sacred, Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation created to support women of sacred service, including women veterans, women first responders, women in healthcare, and women in healing professions.

Our work may include holistic education, community support, spiritual care, healing-centered experiences, events, retreats, sponsorship opportunities, and access-based support.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website, forms, calendars, donation pages, and communications for lawful and respectful purposes only.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt to interfere with our systems, copy or misuse our content, or engage in activity that may harm Alchemy of the Sacred, our community, our partners, or other users.

3. Holistic and Educational Nature of Our Work

Alchemy of the Sacred provides holistic, educational, spiritual, community-based, and healing-centered support.

Our offerings are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed professional care.

Nothing on our website, in our forms, emails, programs, events, or communications should be understood as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal advice, or emergency support.

4. Eligibility and Participation

Some offerings, events, sponsorship opportunities, or support pathways may be intended for women of sacred service, including women veterans, women first responders, women in healthcare, and women in healing professions.

Submitting a form, booking a call, registering interest, or requesting support does not guarantee approval, funding, participation, services, sponsorship, or acceptance into any offering.

Alchemy of the Sacred reserves the right to review requests and determine whether participation or support is appropriate based on mission alignment, availability, capacity, safety, funding, and organizational discretion.

5. Pre-Authorization Forms and Applications

Pre-authorization forms, contact forms, and interest forms are used to help us understand your request and determine the next best step.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, professional relationship, therapeutic relationship, or guarantee of service.

We may contact you for additional information, offer next steps, refer you to another resource, or decline participation if we determine that our offerings are not the appropriate fit.

6. Donations

Donations made to Alchemy of the Sacred support our nonprofit mission and may be used for programming, sponsorships, healing access, events, operations, education, community support, administrative costs, and other mission-aligned needs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, donations are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Alchemy of the Sacred may provide donation acknowledgments or receipts when appropriate. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax professional regarding deductibility or tax treatment.

Making a donation does not guarantee that a specific person, program, event, or participant will receive services unless a specific written agreement has been made.

7. Sponsor Healing Contributions

Sponsor Healing contributions are intended to support access to healing-centered experiences for women of sacred service.

If a donor wishes to sponsor a specific person or type of support, Alchemy of the Sacred may consider that intention, but final use of funds remains subject to organizational review, mission alignment, availability, capacity, safety, and nonprofit stewardship responsibilities.

Sponsor Healing contributions do not guarantee acceptance of a specific applicant, participant, provider, event, or service.

8. Events, Retreats, and Community Offerings

Alchemy of the Sacred may host or support events, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, educational gatherings, community experiences, or healing-centered offerings.

Participation may require registration, approval, payment, donation, consent forms, waivers, health information, preparation guidelines, or additional agreements.

Alchemy of the Sacred reserves the right to refuse or remove participation when necessary for safety, integrity, capacity, alignment, or community care.

Participants are responsible for reading all event details, preparing appropriately, communicating relevant needs, and honoring the expectations of the gathering.

9. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Some offerings may involve payments, donations, deposits, sponsorships, or third-party payment processing.

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific event, offering, retreat, sponsorship, or donation pathway. If a specific refund or cancellation policy is provided for an offering, that policy will apply.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.

Alchemy of the Sacred is not responsible for fees, delays, errors, or processing issues caused by third-party payment platforms.

10. Relationship to Creative Fire Alchemy

Alchemy of the Sacred, Inc. is separate from Creative Fire Alchemy / Wanderlust Creations, LLC.

In some cases, Alchemy of the Sacred may collaborate with, sponsor access to, or contract with aligned service providers, including Creative Fire Alchemy, when appropriate and in alignment with our mission.

Payments made to Creative Fire Alchemy are separate from donations made to Alchemy of the Sacred.

Donations to Alchemy of the Sacred do not automatically purchase services from Creative Fire Alchemy or any other provider unless specifically stated in writing.

11. Third-Party Providers and Platforms

Alchemy of the Sacred may use third-party platforms and service providers to operate our website, forms, calendars, email systems, text messaging, donation pages, payment processing, analytics, and administrative systems.

These may include platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, email service providers, website platforms, analytics tools, and other operational systems.

We are not responsible for the policies, security, actions, delays, errors, or practices of third-party providers.

12. Communication Consent

By submitting a form, booking a call, registering for an event, making a donation, or contacting us, you agree that Alchemy of the Sacred may contact you using the information you provide.

This may include email, phone, or text message communications related to your inquiry, registration, donation, appointment, event, or requested support.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

If you have consented to receive text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP.

All content on the Alchemy of the Sacred website, including text, images, graphics, logos, names, program language, page copy, educational materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Alchemy of the Sacred unless otherwise stated.

Each person’s experience is unique and may vary based on many factors, including readiness, participation, support systems, personal history, health, environment, and ongoing care.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy of the Sacred, Inc., its directors, officers, volunteers, contractors, partners, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website, participation in offerings, reliance on information, donations, communications, third-party platforms, or participation in events.

You agree to use our website, forms, communications, and offerings at your own discretion and responsibility.
