Our Mission
Alchemy of the Sacred is a movement of remembrance for women of sacred service.
For many women in service, the work does not end when the uniform comes off, the shift ends, or the crisis passes. What has been witnessed, carried, and endured can remain held in the body, shaping the heart, the nervous system, and the way a woman moves through life.
Through trauma-informed, holistic, somatic, and spiritually grounded support, Alchemy of the Sacred creates spaces where women veterans, first responders, healthcare providers, and women who serve the collective can lay down what they have carried and remember who they are beneath the layers.
Our work is rooted in community connection, compassionate care, and the belief that those who have supported others deserve spaces where they can be seen and supported.

Why This Work MATTERS
Strength is often recognized. The cost of carrying it is not.
Women in service roles are often expected to remain steady, composed, and capable while holding the emotional, physical, and spiritual weight of what they witness. Over time, that weight can shape the body, the nervous system, relationships, identity, and sense of belonging.
Alchemy of the Sacred exists to create spaces where women can pause, be witnessed, receive support, and begin remembering the parts of themselves that service, survival, and responsibility have pushed aside.

Our work integrates trauma-informed care, somatic practice, holistic education, spiritual grounding, sacred plant medicine experiences, preparation, integration, and community connection.
We create grounded, supportive spaces where women of sacred service can reconnect with their bodies, restore their nervous systems, explore meaning, and remember that they are more than what they have carried.

Alchemy of the Sacred honors the sacred in an inclusive way.
For some women, sacred means prayer, ceremony, faith, or spiritual connection. For others, it means nature, truth, community, nervous system repair, meaning, or simply having a place where they no longer have to carry everything alone.
You do not need to follow a specific belief system to belong here. This work is trauma-informed, body-based, compassionate, and respectful of each woman’s lived experience, story, and pace.

The Women Behind The Mission
Alchemy of the Sacred was founded by Marlaina Williams, a Navy veteran, registered nurse, holistic practitioner, and founder of Creative Fire Alchemy.
Her work is shaped by lived experience, clinical knowledge, spiritual practice, and years of walking alongside people through crisis, healing, transition, and change.
The mission is supported by founding board members Shannon Morrison and Amber Clancy, whose early stewardship helped bring structure, accountability, and care to the vision.
Together, this founding circle holds the work with integrity, compassion, and devotion to the women AOS was created to serve.
